- INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2022/3 Appropriation Act for the National Agency for Agricultural Development (NAAD). in pursuance of the Federal Government’s “Producing what we Eat and Eating what we Produce” policies aimed at insuring food security in Nigerians, desires to utilize these funds to procure Goods, Works and Services in various parts of the country and the World at large.
In pursuance of the above, experienced, and reputable Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants/Service Providers are hereby invited to tender for the under-listed projects:
CATEGORY A – GOODS
G1) Procurement of Agricultural Processing Equipment
G2) Procurement of Office Furniture, Generators and Others Equipment
G3) Procurement of Farm Tools
CATEGORY B – GOODS
F1) Procurement of Livestock
F2) Procurement of Livestock Food and Supplements.
F3) Procurement of Livestock Equipment.
F4) Procurement of Fertilizer and other Agricultural products.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested and competent Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers/Consultants wishing to carry out any of the projects listed above are required to submit the following documents. Failure to fulfill any of the under-listed requirements will render a bid, disqualified:
- A) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation or Business Name where applicable;
B). Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates) for the last three (2) years valid till 31st December, 2022.
For Supply of Equipment/Tools:
- Letter of Authorization from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
For Supply of Livestock:
- Letter of Authorization from the Livestock Famer.
- Livestock Vet report.
NOTE: All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding Letter under the Company/Firms Letter Headed Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) OR (Equivalent in a case of a foreign supplier) Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM Number), and E-mail Address. The Letter Headed Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the Company and a Tender Processing fee of $321.47cent (Three Hundred and Twenty-one Dollars Forty-Seven Cent) only.
